Automating Bulenox Futures Trading with PickMyTrade Copier

PickMyTrade has rolled out a dedicated trade copier integration for Bulenox, the futures prop firm running on Tradovate, letting traders replicate TradingView strategies across multiple evaluation and funded accounts without stacking per-account fees. The pitch is straightforward: one TradingView alert, one webhook, and every connected Bulenox account fills in under 200 milliseconds. For anyone grinding parallel evals or scaling a funded portfolio manually, this is the plumbing that finally bridges TradingView and Tradovate.

The gap this actually closes

Bulenox already ships native Tradovate group trading for copying inside the same login — useful, but it never talks to TradingView. PickMyTrade sits in the middle: your TradingView alert hits a webhook, the platform parses the JSON, and orders fan out across every Bulenox account you've connected. One-click OAuth, no API keys, a 5-day free trial that doesn't ask for a card. For anyone running two or three eval accounts off the same setup, that removes the manual click-and-pray step that usually leads to missed fills or size mismatches. The platform also ships real-time dashboards, full trade history, and execution logs — so if something goes wrong on a fill, you can actually trace it instead of guessing.

How the risk knobs work

You set an admin account, add sub-accounts, and assign quantity multipliers per account based on contract size. The platform also ships built-in position limits so you can stay inside Bulenox's drawdown and consistency rules without babysitting. PickMyTrade says their side processes under 200ms — fine, but remember total execution depends on Tradovate's queue, network latency, and how fast TradingView fires the alert. I've seen plenty of "sub-second" promises fall apart during a globex rollover when the webhook queue backs up. If you're a signal provider, you can also copy trades to clients' Bulenox accounts with appropriate position sizing — a cleaner setup than running separate prop accounts manually.

Where I'd pump the brakes

The "no per-account fee" headline is real, but the platform itself still costs something — check the actual subscription tier before you scale five accounts at once. More importantly, copying one strategy across multiple funded accounts is the fastest way to blow through a drawdown limit if the setup goes against you. Same signal, same drawdown, just multiplied. When the equity curve flatlines for three days, the temptation to override the copier is exactly when most accounts blow up. I'll be honest: I once tried to manually intervene on a copy across four evals during a choppy overnight session and ended up with size mismatches on three of them. Step away, put on Bruno Mars's APT. with ROSÉ and Die with a Smile, and revisit the rules before you start tweaking multipliers on a live drawdown.
